Reflect

Take a few moments to answer these questions:

  2. Which fruit of the Spirit do you need more of in your life?
  3. What does it mean to you that God is always present through His Spirit?

Apply

Personal Reflection

Remember to ask the Holy Spirit to guide you before making a decision, big or small. Write down what happens when you do.

Learning To Practice

Choose one "fruit of the Spirit" and focus on living it out in your actions. For example, practice patience while driving or kindness with your coworkers.

Invite God In

Pray a simple prayer each morning: "Holy Spirit, guide me today and help me see Your work in my life."

Challenge

Try this before next session

Tomorrow, when you face a challenge or difficult moment, pause and say: "Holy Spirit, help me." Trust that God will guide you in the moment.

The Holy Spirit is your constant companion, helping you live in a way that honors God and brings joy and peace to your life.
