Start with last month's bank statements and receipts. A budget built on what you actually spent beats one built on what you meant to spend.
Salary, part time work, business income, investment returns, rental income.
Housing, transportation, food, insurance, debt payments, healthcare, personal care, entertainment, education, and anything else.
Set aside a percentage of your income to bless others and advance God's kingdom.
Build security through consistent saving. Aim for at least 10 percent of your income.
Clear goals keep you focused when the month gets long.
Clearly define what you want to achieve.
Track progress with actual amounts.
Set something realistic and attainable.
Line it up with your values and priorities.
