LEAD A GROUP

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." - Matthew 28:19
Jesus wouldn't give us such an important mission without making sure we have everything we need to succeed. God gives us the skills, the Holy Spirit, and the relationships to make it happen. When you become a small group leader, you can step into that role with total faith and confidence, knowing that God is equipping and empowering you every step of the way.

ORIENTATION

COMMON QUESTIONS:

How long is the commitment?

Hosting a Small Group is a six to ten week commitment. After that commitment ends, it’s up to you and your group to decide whether you will continue meeting.

How long is a group gathering?

There's no set time for how long a small group gathering should be. It really depends on your group and what works best for you as the leader. Just make sure to aim for at least 45 minutes so you can have some meaningful time together.

What will my group do?

Groups are all about fostering spiritual growth and connection around a shared interest, topic, or passion. You can lead an open group or one focused on specific demographics like Women, Men, Married Couples, or Young Adults. Pray and work with your coach to determine the best topic and direction for your group.

Where will my group meet?

The location of your small group is flexible and depends on what works best for you and your group. Most groups gather in homes, coffee shops, parks, or conference rooms. If you're not ready to host in your own home, consider partnering with someone who can provide a space but isn't ready to lead.
